Order & Shipping
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days after your order has been processed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will ship following Monday or Tuesday. Please note we do not ship holidays.
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. As soon as your order ships you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
The furryfolks will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

Return & Exchange
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of after receiving the item(s).

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return and will be credited to the original payment method. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account.
Please note that refund will not be given until the furryfolks receive your parcel.
All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging to qualify for a return or an exchange.
If items shipped the wrong color/size or item shows factory defects, we would pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund or an exchange. All other cases, customers are responsible for a return or an exchange shipping costs.
We package all the shipments by hand and try our very best to quality control before shipping.
If you find a little bit of furry hair within the package or on the products, Gyun; our full-time model and sales pup, could packed them.

In case of an exchange, if the desired item is not available, you will get a full refund.
We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and ensure the full amount of the item(s) you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable on returns.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
The furryfolks holds the right to deny a refund or an exchange if the item does not meet our return requirements.

For the safety of your furry folks, please use the furryfolks item(s) within reach of your eyes and check the condition of the product(s) daily.
By purchasing the furryfolks item(s), the consumer accepts the responsibility for its use.
Please, remove and replace damaged item(s).
When using the furryfolks collar, please be sure to check that it won't come off. It is appropriate to slip two fingers between the collar and your furry folks' neck.
When using the furryfolks leash, please hold the handle in the palm of your hand. Do not put your fingers inside D-ring to have a safe walk.
The furryfolks items are for pets only.
