SIZE GUIDE

It is most accurate to measure the furry folks while standing upright.

Step 1. Neck: measure the thickest part of the neck circumference.

Small: up to 9 in-12 in neck circumference
Medium: up to 12 in-18 in neck circumference
Large: up to 17 in-22 in neck circumference

All products are handmade, and sizes may vary slightly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

For a return, a restocking fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund.
The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
